No consulting work will be undertaken prior to these terms and conditions being agreed upon by the customer in writing (email)
Payment is required within 14 days of the invoice date. A penalty charge of 2% may be charged on outstanding invoices
If you have any queries on your invoice or are having difficulty paying please contact us to discuss further within the 14 days of invoice date
Any costs incurred in the collection of overdue invoices (including debt collection costs) will be passed onto the client
Training
Payment is required on registration for any classroom based training session. Paypal is available for credit card payments.
You will be issued an invoice once your payment has been cleared.
Training - Cancellation Policy
Xuru has the right to postpone or cancel any training session. You will be provided with 5 business days notice and you will be offered another session to attend. A full refund will be made if the course is cancelled.
If you are unable to attend the training course that you have registered for 5 business days notice is required. If a 5 business day notice period is not provided the course is non-refundable
Confidentiality
Xuru Ltd acknowledges the responsibility of maintaining the confidentiality of information relating to the accounting, bookkeeping and financial practices and procedures adopted by our clients. We fully acknowledge we are under an obligation of good faith and fidelity to our clients and will not make use of or disclose now or at any time in the future, any information which is confidential to our clients that has been disclosed or conveyed to Xuru Ltd .
Xuru work with a number of chartered accounting practices and will always obtain your permission before discussing any financial data.

The advice provided by Xuru is dependent on the financial information supplied and requirements stipulated by our client, and does not imply confirmation of that information. We have not carried out an audit on the financial information provided by the client and therefore we cannot accept responsibility for errors, omissions or conclusions drawn from the use of the prepared account information provided by the client.
The set up of Xero software is done solely for the client only and we accept no responsibility, including liability in negligence, to any other person.
